Ques 1 : Tell us some new features in EPIC machines that stand out from others?
Answer: Our latest models are fully equipped with HMIs and electro-pneumatic technology. To ensure consistency and convenience for our customers, we have made HMI a standard feature across all machines. These machines are highly customizable and programmable, allowing for multi pickups and multiprints. We've also added some exciting new features like digital pressure gauges. Our machines are designed to cater to a global market and are available in multiple languages including French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, English, Turkish, and more. Additionally, our machines come with a 37 Pin Connector on the back panel which can be used for automation and other attachments such as the Indexer, Corona, Plasma, Pick & Place.
Ques 2 : Do you offer an option to add thinner and retarder?
Answer: Yes, we do. We provide two options: Manual process: You can use the refill bottle we provide with the machine to add thinner retarder. Automatic process: We offer an optional item called the Automatic Thinner Metric Pump, which can be customized according to the needs of the customer. This pump automatically adds the thinner retarder to the ink, making the process more efficient and reducing the chances of errors.
Ques 3 : Can you add thinner while the cup is already in use?
Answer: Yes, we can do thatwith the help of refill bottle.
Ques 4 : How heavy this cup is and what is the material?
Answer: The newly designed cup now features ribs, making it significantly lighter in weight. It is constructed from durable aluminum material and has been hard-anodized for added strength and durability. Rest assured, the anodization process has no adverse effects on the ring.
Ques 5 : What material is used to make the doctoring cups?
Answer: Cups are made of aeronautical alloy metal, which is hardened to increase longevity. This material has great strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance.
Ques 6 : Do you have any experience in foreign trade or export of pad printing machines and automations?
Answer: Our EPIC pad printing machines are successfully installed and running for various industrial uses in Europe, Bangladesh and other parts of the world.
Ques 7 : Why is pad printing preferred over inkjet and screen printing for printing on oddly shaped 3D objects and textured surfaces?
Answer: For those industries that require the print on oddly shaped 3D objects, pad printing (also known as tampon printing) is a far better approach than inkjet and screen printing. The process is particularly good on textured surfaces since the silicone pad easily follows the contours of the surface and pushes ink into all areas. The silicone pad's natural softness enables it to impart the ink smoothly into intricate contours and grooves and provide accurate, consistent results.
