TRIEX Pad Printing Machines
The EPIC- TRIEX ( Patent applied) is a specialized three-color pad printing machine recognized for its unique 3 axis convergence. Unlike standard two-color machines that may require the workpiece to move between stations, the TRIEX moves the printing pads themselves in a tri-axis radial motion to a single delivery point. This fills an important gap in the industry where 2-4-6 color printing is prevalent.

Exceptional Registration Accuracy
The primary advantage of the TRIEX is that three pads print at the exact same position. Since the workpiece remains stationary during the multi-color process, the risk of "registration error" is eliminated. High Operational Performance
The unique bridge allows for parallel processing: while one pad is releasing an image onto the product, the other two can be picking up the next image from its respective cliché. This perfectly synced motion maximizes the throughput, allowing for up to 250 cycles per hour depending on the specific model.
Flexible and Independent Programming
Each of the three interconnected tampon units can be independently programmed. This includes: * Variable stroke lengths for both the cliché and the workpiece. * Adjustable dwell times for each pad to optimize ink transfer. * The ability to store different program sequences, making job changeovers significantly faster.
