These machines are highly customizable and programmable, allowing for multi pickups and multiprints. We've also added some exciting new features like digital pressure gauges and automation pins. Our machines are designed to cater to a global market and are available in multiple languages including French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, English, and more. Additionally, our machines come with a 37 Pin Connector on the back panel which can be used for automation and other attachments such as the Indexer, Corona, Plasma, Pick & Place.

Answer: Yes, we do. We provide two options:
Manual process: You can use the refill bottle we provide with the machine to add thinner retarder.
Automatic process: We offer an optional item called the Automatic Thinner Metric Pump, which can be customized according to the needs of the customer. This pump automatically adds the thinner retarder to the ink, making the process more efficient and reducing the chances of errors.

Answer: The newly designed cup now features ribs, making it significantly lighter in weight. It is constructed from durable aluminum material and has been hard-anodized for added strength and durability. Rest assured, the anodization process has no adverse effects on the ring.

Answer: Cups are made of the aluminium alloy 7000 series, which is a lightweight material with excellent thermal conductivity properties.This material has great strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance.

Answer: The grooves in the cups allow for heat dissipation. During continuous motion of the inks or doctoring cup on the cliché plate, heat is generated inside the cup, and the grooves help to dissipate it.

Answer: The machines require a pressure of 6 bar as all cylinders and valves used have a specification of 6 bar. If the pressure drops, the machine will automatically stop working. These machines are very sophisticated and require the correct air pressure to operate efficiently.

Answer: The Tungsten Carbide or ceramic ring used in our machines is imported from Europe and is known for its durability and strength. The ring's life expectancy varies depending on the user's application and industry usage. To ensure continued optimal performance, we recommend customers change the ring as needed, which can be done easily using the sealed kit we provide. There is no need to replace the entire cup, which saves on cost and resources.

Answer: Yes, you need a gripping pump tong to separate the plate and cup. This type of tool allows you to lift and grip the doctoring cup and cliché plate without using your hands, making it more efficient and safer to handle.

Answer: Through HMI we can do that, there is no sensor, no limit switch.
